SECTION 20 – REFUND AND RETURNS

We only offer exchange on goods purchased on this website. We do not offer refunds.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will only exchange the item after investigation and only if the item had a defect from the manufacturer. If the goods have been damaged by the consumer, we will not exchange it.
